Terms of Service

Altinvest Club is a marketing and promotional platform that connects capital raisers and offering sponsors with an audience of prospective investors. We provide information and facilitate introductions; we are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or funding portal, and we do not offer, sell, or recommend securities.

Nothing on the Services constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Any offering information is provided by the relevant sponsor, and you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and consulting your own advisers before making any investment decision. Investments in private offerings involve significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment, and are generally illiquid.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Certain offerings may be available only to verified accredited investors as defined under applicable securities laws; we and our sponsors may request information to verify your status.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information about yourself or your investor status;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute content from the Services without our written permission.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by email and, where you have opted in, by text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

The Services, including all text, design, logos, and content we provide, are owned by Altinvest or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services may include information from sponsors and links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it. Your dealings with any sponsor or third party are solely between you and that party.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altinvest and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altinvest, The Digital Collective Corporation, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement or breach of confidentiality.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at altinvest.club/terms. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
